Pneumatic diaphragm pumps
FLUIMAC pneumatic double diaphragm pumps - or pneumatic diaphragm pumps - are recognised as the most flexible pumps in the treatment of aggressive fluids, with variable pressures and flow rates, with a virtually unlimited range of applications.
Diaphragm pumps are ideal for pumping contaminated liquids with apparently very high viscosity and also with solid particles in suspension.
From the chemical and pharmaceutical industries to the food industry, diaphragm pumps are used in many processes where liquids need to be pumped, even in an aggressive environment due to saturation with chemical products.
Double diaphragm pumps for every fluid handling requirement
Almost any type of liquid, whether highly acidic, corrosive or alkaline, paints, adhesives, liquids with a high viscosity of up to 50,000 CPS or foodstuffs, can be pumped thanks to Fluimac's Phoenix pumps.
Choosing the most suitable pump for the specific application requirements means evaluating and taking into account various factors that will enable performance to be optimised, pump life to be extended and maintenance costs to be minimised.

Standard Phoenix - Diaphragm pumps
Phoenix double diaphragms pumps can pump a wide range of fluids, including viscous, corrosive, abrasive, containing suspended solids, without the risk of damage or significant mechanical wear, reducing the risk of dangerous fluid leaks thanks to the absence of mechanical seals.

Phoenix FOOD - Diaphragm pumps
FOOD double diaphragms pumps are specifically designed and built to meet the standards required for use in applications involving the food industry. They offer versatility, efficiency, and reliability in manufacturing environments where product purity and quality are of utmost importance and where a wide range of viscosities and solids must be handled.

Phoenix ACCURATE - Diaphragm pumps
Accurate Phoenix pneumatic pumps could work by a remote control, necessary for precision applications such as dosing, which allows them to be controlled or managed remotely, without the need for direct physical interaction with the operator, reducing risks and increasing accuracy.
QUALITY
100% of the pumps are tested with water after installation.
SAFETY
Atex certification in all versions: Plastic pumps made of conductive materials.
FLEXIBILITY
Possibility of different connections and connection positions.
Fluimac diaphragm pumps, a guarantee of top performance
The design of Fluimac double diaphragm pumps gives them stability and safety and guarantees safe operation without the need for compressed air lubrication. The operating speed can be adjusted, as can the flow rate for unrivalled versatility in application.

Quality
The quality of the materials used in the construction of the various models of Fluimac diaphragm pumps makes these pneumatic diaphragm pumps suitable and certified for use in hazardous areas that are heavily saturated with aggressive products.

Eligibility
Double diaphragm pumps are ideal for the safe pumping and dosing of dense, chemical, corrosive and viscous liquids. They are therefore suitable for pumping solvents, inks, paints, fuels, chemical products and abrasives. But also for explosive or flammable liquids as well as for all types of food or pharmaceutical liquids.

Certificates
Fluimac selects the components used in the construction parts of the pneumatic pumps very carefully, favouring certified partners and materials. In combination with construction techniques and careful design, this has enabled the development of ATEX-certified diaphragm pumps suitable for working in highly hazardous areas, as well as air pumps with FDA certification of materials for safety in the food, pharmaceutical or cosmetics sectors.

Materials
The Phoenix standard pumps with new air distribution system and new valve technology are made of PP, PVDF+CF, aluminium and AISI 316 stainless steel.
The Phoenix ATEX double diaphragm pumps are made of PP+CF, PVDF+CF, aluminium and AISI 316 stainless steel.
The Phoenix Food double diaphragm pumps are manufactured from FDA-compliant materials and are especially suitable for the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries. The parts that come into contact with liquids are made exclusively from electropolished AISI 316 stainless steel and PTFE.
